DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT?
A minimum period of rental applies throughout the year as follows:

Winter and Spring - minimum stay of 2 nights.

Half term - minimum stay of 3 nights

Easter - minimum stay of 4 nights

Summer School holidays - minimum stay of 7 nights (Sat. to Sat.)

Bank Holiday weekends, Christmas and New Year - minimum stay of 4 nights

Periods of less than outlined above may be accepted to fill gaps in our calendar, please get in touch for details.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY AT THE CABINS?
The maximum capacity the Property is 5, the number advised is 4; each cabin has one double room and one triple room. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or responsible adults.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests smoking is NOT permitted inside the Property at any time. Any sign or odour of smoke inside the property will result in loss of security deposit. Non-compliance with these terms will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be asked to leave without refund.

DO YOU OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
Check- in to the Property is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival as shown on the confirmation of booking form and check-out is before 10:30am on the date as shown on the same form. Times outside these will have to be agreed prior to arrival/departure and is solely at the discretion of the Owners.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE CABIN?
All cabins have an external key safe which you can open with a code. The code for the lock box will be sent in a separate email prior to arrival.
CAN I PAY BY INSTALLMENTS?
You can pay the cost of the booking in one lump sum, or in affordable installments. Payment of the remaining balance of the agreed rental cost (total price less the non-refundable deposit) plus the damage deposit must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Where bookings are made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total balance owed must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If the full balance of the rental cost is not paid in cleared funds, we reserve the right to apply a late payment charge of £5 per day, and if any balance is overdue by more than one week then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation penalties will apply.

All cheques must be made payable to “Deborah Pritchard”. Payments can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE IN THE CABIN?
We want your stay to be as easy as possible, so we've tried to provide you with as many necessary items as possible. Whilst you stay with us you will be provided with:

One bath sheet towel per person

Bedding on all beds

Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY?
The properties are serviced by a pre-payment electricity meter; these are a pre-installed requirement of the Park and not controlled by us. We always ensure that there is credit for you to last several days. However, excess usage will require the purchase of top up cards. and these are easily accessible.

IS THERE WIFI IN THE CABIN?
All of our cabins have free WiFi, the network name and password is displayed in the 'General Guest Information' folder.
CAN I WATCH NETFLIX WHILST STAYING WITH YOU?
All of our cabins have smart TVs. The usual free view channels are available, and you can access Netflix by using the Netflix button on the TV remote.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE ON THE PARK?
Whilst staying with us, you have full access to all the amenities of Glan Gwna Holiday Park:

Route 66 Café & Shop

The café is open most days serving fresh home cooked food, made to order pizzas (also available for takeaway), coffees and milkshakes. Opening hours do vary seasonally. The café is still open in the winter until end of December on reduced hours. The shop is kept well stocked with daily essentials, fresh produce, daily papers and, most importantly, ice cream!​

Bar and Restaurant

The poolside bar and restaurant are open daytimes and evenings, up to seven days a week - during the main season (can vary seasonally) - and offer a great choice of home cooked snacks, lunches and evening meals, with a weekly menu and takeaway option. WiFi is of course free! The bar and restaurant host occasional evening entertainments throughout the year, with all events advertised well in advance. The bar does close at the beginning of November.

Outdoor Heated Pool

The shared outdoor pool is heated and open from Whitsun (May) through to September. The pool is family-friendly, and staffed by a pool attendant; it’s the perfect place to enjoy time with the kids, relax, swim, or sunbathe and enjoy the summer weather. If the pool is not manned and the gate is closed please request a gate access number from reception.​

Children's Play Area

The children’s play area is well equipped with a good range of modern play equipment including climbing frames, slides, swings and toddler play equipment. The play area features safety matting throughout and is gated and fenced.​

Fishing
-
Glan Gwna boasts its own coarse fishing lake, and the river Seiont flows through the Park. Anglers can enjoy carp, trout and salmon fishing within the park itself. A second private fishing lake is also offered at nearby Pentir, aimed at expert anglers with the opportunity to fish for carp as well as roach, common rudd and bream. Daily permits can be purchased from reception and a rod licence is required.​ All fishing activities are to be arranged through site reception.

Exploring the Park​

Each changing season brings its own beauty to the Park. ​Glan Gwna is situated on 120 acres of landscaped grounds, most of which is freely accessible for you to explore. There is a beautiful woodland area to look for wildlife, the River Seiont runs through the park and has many areas where you can walk along the bank. There is also a lake and many tranquil and peaceful areas for you to relax and enjoy your time away.

Just a 2 minute drive up the road (left as you exit the Park) there is a Shell garage which is also a supermarket with plenty of items that you might have forgotten or need.​
